I chose this apartment for great prices. Its location was marvellous, not very far from Cancun. The property was close enough to restaurants, food trucks, supermarkets, souvenir shops, and stores. I was very satisfied with the prices and the convenient location of this apartment. It served as an excellent base for my explorations in Cancun, as it was close to various amenities and attractions. The friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

we had a great stay in cancun just off the central bus station, a market and restaurants and cancun after almost 30h of travelling. we loved the venue and its easy setting. plus it was located by walk to chedraui or wallmart supermarkets.

Everything was good, I appreciated reasonably large rooms. It was located in a quiet area close to ADO bus stop.

The brand-new and spacious rooms with two double beds were great, and the private bathroom was lovely, in a decent and perfect setting.

It had very good location and food, that's what I was expecting. The host made my stay comfortable. I loved the location, it was favourable and by walk to Chedraui or Wallmart supermarkets.

Friendly owner who greeted us and gave a helpful rundown. The room was a great deal with all the essentials like AC, a hot shower, and a kitchen. 🌟

My stay at Estancia Tulbayab 36 was fantastic! I was warmly welcomed by Mercedes and Sergio, the kindest hosts who made me feel at home. They even invited me to join them for dinner and gave me a farewell gift from their own mango tree. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to buses, restaurants, and shops. The terrace and balcony offer great spots to relax and socialize, with a lovely view of the nearby park. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. Excellent value for money!

The water pressure in the shower can be low at times.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of the central bus station and the famous market. This made it easy to travel around and find some local souvenirs. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed and even provided us with great recommendations for places to visit.

The room we initially stayed in was not up to our expectations. The sheets and towels were dirty, and there was a lack of natural light in the room.
